Dash Service Warning lights, Equipment Damage, and Equipment concerns (if yes) will provide an upload option to prompt the user to take a picture and attach it for further explanation. An Explanation text area will also appear prompting the user for additional information.
Equipment GPS Location is provided by the user's smartphone, giving the exact location. The address shown is drawn from the nearest address. If the user is going to move the equipment after SERVICE AGENT qr notification the address can be manually changed. The Service Shop has the option to have SERVICE AGENT qr show the exact location on Google Maps.
Service Required (Yes/No) is auto-populated based on the answers given to the prior questions.
